This course was developed by the Alliance for Financial Inclusion (AFI) with the objective of raising awareness of Inclusive Green Finance (IGF) landscape, and generating specific capacities for the design, implementation and monitoring of IGF policies and programs.
Course outcomes
- Identify the core concepts of climate change, climate resilience, climate adaptation, climate mitigation, Inclusive Green Finance (IGF) and financial inclusion and their links with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Paris Agreement.
- Explain the AFI’s 4Ps Framework of Inclusive Green Finance (IGF).
- Classify policies into each of the 4Ps Framework of Inclusive Green Finance (IGF).
- Identify the challenges linked to the 4Ps Framework of Inclusive Green Finance (IGF).
- Evaluate the trends and considerations on Inclusive Green Finance (IGF) in relation to reducing the gender gap in access to financial services.
