This report presents a policy roadmap to help financial sector authorities harness technological innovation to advance financial inclusion while protecting financial stability, integrity and consumers. It identifies six priorities, including strengthening foundational infrastructure, expanding open finance, developing inclusive approaches to AI, creating responsible frameworks for tokenization and building adaptive, innovation-ready financial ecosystems.
