This AFI course is designed to help policymakers, regulators, and financial inclusion practitioners strengthen their capacity to design, implement, and monitor gender‑inclusive financial policies. The training explores how gender norms shape access and usage of financial services, highlights innovative policy and regulatory frameworks, and provides practical strategies for advancing women’s financial inclusion at national and ecosystem levels. Participants will engage with real‑world case studies and tools to analyze gender gaps, tailor policy responses, and foster more equitable financial environments that support sustainable economic participation for women and underserved groups.
