The School of African Microfinance (SAM) is an annual two-week training designed to build capabilities of institutions by developing individual knowledge and skills in order to achieve growth, impact and profitability.
Drawing from its experience working with institutions in Africa, SAM courses and forums are tailored to impart knowledge, skills, insights and ideas to make better decisions, have better practices and mindsets to serve the African markets. SAM is led by a team of experienced faculty who introduce participants to fresh perspectives and best industry practices.
Target Audience:
SAM is designed for middle and senior level managers responsible for providing leadership and management in executing on the institutions’ strategies. It is also appropriate for executives charged with contributing to strategic decisions. The target institutions are microfinance institutions, banks, regulatory institutions, SACCOs and donor programs.
Program Fees: $4,950 (includes course fees, course material, meals and accommodation).
