The Association of Ethiopian Microfinance Institutions organizes a conference of this kind every two years. Major stakeholders in the microfinance sector, MFIs, Banks and Insurance companies, Fintechs, practitioners, academicians, federal and regional cooperative authorities and MFI partner organizations are expected to attend the conference. Participants from different organizations will present papers related to the theme. Member Microfinance Institutions of the Association will also present their performance, challenges faced by them and the way forward. This will be a good opportunity for the participants to share ideas so as to contribute for the development of the microfinance and the entire finance industry and further strengthen the policy at a national level.
