How to optimise distribution in the low-cost insurance environment?

This workshop brings together insurance professionals from across Africa to inspire new approaches, share experiences and fill knowledge gaps on optimising distribution for insurance products targeting low-income customers.

Field trip and reception, September 27, 2016, 1-6:30pm
Departure for fieldtrip and reception at Country Club, Johannesburg

In addition to the one-day workshop, a half-day field trip will be organised on the Tuesday prior to the workshop to enable participants to visit a low-income insurance branch and field activation site. There will be the opportunity to speak directly with insurance agents to gain a more in-depth understanding of how distribution works in practice.

The field trip will close with an informal reception at the Country Club to allow for a relaxed debrief and networking event.
