This new program offers 16 elective courses to choose from that will lead participants from considering how to define a digital transformation strategy, to best practices in product design and development, as well as change management required to undergo such a strategically important venture. These courses are taught by renowned expert faculty who are practitioners with global digital transformation experience.
The program will also feature The Boulder Master Class: New Financial Inclusion Paradigms, a dynamic roundtable event designed and led by Boulder Institute’s President, Robert Christen, together with Gerhard Coetzee, CGAP’s Customer Value Team Lead, and Martin Holtmann, IFC’s Manager of Digital Finance and Microfinance Teams. With help from over a dozen experts in microfinance, they will guide participants in discussion and debate around industry trends, methods and approaches, lessons learned and other aspects of financial inclusion.
Participants will have the opportunity to create a global network of peers and explore challenges in the industry together as well as enjoy the experience of being in Italy!
