Organized by the Citi Foundation and the Foundation for Development Cooperation (FDC), in partnership with the Banking with the Poor Network (BWTP) and the Economist Group, the Asia Pacific Financial Inclusion Summit will explore the forces driving change in the region, the emerging opportunities and what the next generation of financial inclusion in the region will look like.
The Asia-Pacific Financial Inclusion Summit will bring together senior leaders to debate the question “Where is financial inclusion headed?”. Four thought-provoking plenary discussions and a series of break-out sessions will examine key issues stakeholders face and actions required to promote positive change and inclusive economic growth.
The four plenary topics to be debated include:
- The state of financial inclusion in the Asia-Pacific
- Where is the future of financial inclusion headed?
- Financial regulation in the digital era
- A new age of collaboration
